The construction of this apartment on the side of the Danube started by connecting to adjacent flats. Following the client’s wishes, designers were faced with the task of creating an appropriate 240 square meter space for temporary residence.
Quality materials, excellent furniture pieces and lamps were the basis of this design concept. The designers took special care to fully incorporate the beautiful view of the apartment into the interior design, working towards the best possible interior compositions and design solutions. Along with the visual impact, maximum comfort ensured by an impeccable engineering and electric system was an indispensable aspect of the apartment for the client. Thus, the whole apartment was equipped with intelligent appliances, as well as full ceiling and underfloor heating.
The project was fully realized in co-operation with Zsolt Karajz, designer at Hellomonochrome, Solinfo Group and Timbart. Solinfo Group provided its signature, quality lighting solutions and furniture to the design of the apartment, while flooring solutions were implemented with the help of Timbart: American walnut parquet floor with smoked oak border and natural oil treatment.
