An extraordinary mansion with an incredible view has been brought to life on the hillside of Balatonalmádi, under the helm of architect Tamás Tomay. Interior decoration of the mansion was done by none other than the owner, in complete harmony with the architectural concept. The architect himself is very familiar with the area – this allowed him to plan a house that is perfectly appropriate for this environment, and that is mainly inspired by the unrivalled view of the lake Balaton.

The owner – an interior decorator herself – worked along the architect from the get-go and helped with the design and realization of the interiors of the mansion, including technical and aesthetic solutions. Just like the building and the garden surrounding it, the interiors are inspired by the proximity of the lake and the holiday experience as well. The spatious and practical interior is fully energized by vivid, playful color choices, and the inner atmosphere is further enhanced by furniture, decoration and accessories carefully selected by the owner.

Thanks to the large windows and transparent interior design, the whole mansion is bathed in sunlight. Bold and youthful colors bring juvenile energy into each and every interior of this grand space.
