The building complex, at a staggering 65,000 square meters, is ready to welcome tenants at the “Western gate” of the capital, Őrmező. The business park is situated in close proximity of the future mall and service center at Etele Square, as well as the public transport hub at Kelenföld railway station – all part of the complex innovation and invesment project to transform Kelenföld and its nearby areas. The business park includes offices, as well as a number of services, commercial outlets and recreational centers. Thanks to the soon-to-be-realized shopping mall, most, if not all necessery services are going to be within arm’s reach for the thousands of office employees. A number of developments will be available at Budapest ONE as well to serve the needs and comfort of workers: green terraces, rooftop gardens, open restaurants, stores and service buildings, as well as an electric car station, a bycicle rack and wide-open social areas. The extraordinary building’s design, form and surfaces in themselves make it eligible as a green category building, without any additional active technologies, thanks to the groundbreaking parametric and environmentally aware design by Mérték Group Zrt.
