Demeter Design Studio’s office is housed in an iconic Bauhaus building in Buda, built based on the plans of Lajos Kozma. The rooms were designed to retain the open spaces characteristic of Bauhaus. Numerous original elements of the flat were kept, with elegant, modern solutions added to the existing components. The materials in the design process were used creatively, with multiple art and other objects used for decoration. The atmosphere of the studio is greatly enhanced by the unique panorama, which reinforces the floating effect permeating the spaces.
The layout allows for work to be performed in multiple rooms concurrently, from the workshop area through the studio all the way to the communal areas.
We, at Solinfo Group, take pride in the fact that through the lamps supplied and the work of our lighting designers, we were able to contribute to making the vision dreamt up by Demeter Design Studio a reality.
