Fausto’s, one of Hungary’s first gourmet restaurants, has been welcoming customers ever since its opening in 1994 at Dohány utca. Both the restaurant’s interior and menu is inspired by the elegant style of its owner and chef Fausto di Vora. Fausto’s is a realy gastro-island in the capital, and even though it offers an extraordinary and friendly experience to anyone who steps into its world, Fausto’s manages to stay humble and friendly. The menu at Fausto’s Ristorante is filled with classic Italian meals with a contemporary twist, made from amazing local and Italian ingredients. Besides, Osteria welcomes guests to a relaxed, casual environment, serving the simplest, most authentic Italian dishes. First in 2017, Fausto’s has been included in the “Recommended restaurants” section of the Michelin guide.
