FERRUM office opened officially in July 2019 with the investment of FITOUT business group, who also oversaw construction works. Said constructions were based on an excellent concept by Marán and Gereben Architect Studio, and a thorough interior design plan by FITOUT’s own team of designers András Pálffy and Tímea Szarka.

There are 12 offices to let in the building. The office of FITOUT Zrt., which was done the same time as construction works on the building concluded, is located on the third floor. The design concept behind the office was to evoke an industrial atmosphere with the exclusion of a dropped ceiling in the interior. Glass was used dominantly in the office for spatial partitions. The reception and guest area with a rusted expanded metal coating was constructed close to the entrance.

Natural light in the main conference room can be adjusted with the help of motorized blinds and shades if necessary. The open office area is completed with the kitchen and diner “glass box”, resembling a container which is a nod to the main activity of FITOUT group: construction works. A spectacular wall design helps transforming the lengthy firewall in the open office. To enlighten workers in this open office, an extraordinary phone booth was installed with a wonderful atmosphere and great acoustics, as well as two collaborative meeting corners.
