The park in front of the building has never been more beautiful. Nóra Geiger landscape architect created a garden that is small yet has the impression of a spacious city park. And the building itself is as spectacular as ever. The renovation works were based on the plans of Márton Kovács, and one of the most significant results was the brand new part of the building that lies behind the original structure. As the building was originally built as an event center, most of the original design could be retained and merely updated for present standards. One of the areas renovated with this approach was the ball room which got bigger and truly more astonishing in the process.
A small suite is located above the main gate of the building. Its entrance is at the ground floor, with a spiral staircase leading up to the room. And what’s even more stunning, from the room you can step out onto the balcony of the banquet hall. There’s a small marriage hall at the ground floor and an exclusive champagne bar. And don’t forget the gin and tonic bar at the upper terrace.
The building has its own restaurant called Bobo. Interior design wasn’t necessarily made to reflect the design of the building itself. Art deco, secession and early modern styles are combined with contemporary design solutions. Even though the interior design features a number of vivid and striking visual elements, it manages to leave a harmonious impression in visitors. The stunning color choices, the objects and forms applied make the interior fresh yet elegant and balanced.
Miklós Csuzdi designed the stunning staircase in the restaurant. Csuzdi is a member of GA Group, responsible for the interior design of the Ritz-Carlton chain. The rest of the building was based on the plans of Somlai Design Studio. The Haris Family took part in the processes of renovation and design works, contributing to the uniform end result.
We are proud at Solinfo to have been contributed outdoor and indoor technical and design lights to Haris Park and Bobo Restaurant, further enhancing the balanced, elegant atmosphere of the building.
