Project description

The ODU Store is the name given to the baby shop that opened in Hegyvidék Shopping Centre in May. The acronym comes from the English abbreviation of the words “Organic, Decorative, Unique”, and the name itself creates a real cozy atmosphere. Unprecedented in Budapest, the baby store serves as a community space where parents can help and support each other. The store also features an interactive play area, a breastfeeding corner, and a café, making it more like a “concept store”. The varied colours of the products on display mean that the furniture and decoration is unobtrusive, allowing the products to take center stage, while the design is playful, making it a special experience for parents and children alike.

The lighting was designed by the Solinfo Group / Lighting Embassy team for the ODU Store, we contributed both technical and design lighting to the project. The design accessories for the baby shop were supplied by our Home of Solinfo store. The carefully selected decorative objects, textiles, and lamps harmonize perfectly with the impeccable design.
