In our latest reference we proudly present the new office building of OTP Bank in Madarász Street, in the XIII. District. The 84,000 square meter building, called M12 is created by Market Építő Zrt., has seven floors and a three-level underground garage.
The M12 is not just an office , but rather a symbol of the strength and stability that characterises the OTP Group itself. The project was completed over four years with a number of innovative solutions, the building provides office and community space for more than 3,000 employees. It is worth highlighting the interior design. The spaces have been carefully designed to create a good working environment, based on a well thought-out concept. Particular attention has been paid to create an employee-friendly atmosphere and ideal community spaces, as the strength of togetherness and community is a major value in the life of the company.

Our project managers worked closely together with the designers to select the furniture and lighting for the spaces. The project was challenging due to the size of the building. Solinfo Group supplied over 800 products, so planning and coordinating the product placements was a key point.

Our group supplied the design lamps for the office building as well as the office furniture.

We are proud to have been involved in the project and to have contributed to the harmony of the office building.
