The villa is situated on the Buda hillside with a wonderful view, looking south. With 5 floors – including the personnel floor – it took 2 years to complete the project.
Several different design styles meet at the villa. Different textures, surfaces, furniture styles, lamps and decorations are united by their exceptional quality. Design lamps are made by Studio Italia and Manooi, while design furniture is produced by Longhi and Brabbu. Mirrors and glass surfaces were made by Rákosi Üveg, and Oscar Kft. was responsible for stonework.
The greatest challenge for the interior designer was to implement ideas that are different from what he and his studio is used to. Because of this, a number of extraordinary design ideas were brought into the interior, including the SI Nostalgia chandelier dominating the living room area. This light is huge, yet light; colorful, yet subtle. One of the elements the designer is most proud of in this interior is the mirror fount above the ground floor bar.
According to residents, the villa is on par with 5-6 star hotels, and even though they visited a number of those, they always think fondly of their home with its incredible view and extraordinary comfort. The owner’s favorite are of the villa is the wine room. Interiors of the villa are sometimes quite dark, which is enhanced by flooring solutions. Interiors where darker colors dominate usually provide a perfect backdrop for furniture, and with exciting lighting solutions some really dramatic effects can be realized.
Lights and lamps have an important role in the interior design of the villa. The whole lighting system was designed with the opportunity to create a diverse range of lighting solutions for each and every room and interior of this fantastic building.
