Albemarle, one of the world’s leading companies in transforming essential raw materials for critical industries such as mobility, energy, infrastructure, and healthcare, has chosen the LEED Platinum-certified H2Offices building for its new headquarters. This eco-friendly space integrates key elements of sustainable office design.
Designed by Demeter Design Studio, the office aims to meet international standards, fostering communication, creativity, and collaboration through versatile spaces. Spanning three levels, the office is designed for smooth transitions between functional zones.
The reception area combines modern design with unique materials, creating a welcoming environment. A LED screen and glass wall separate it from the meeting rooms, enhancing both interaction and privacy. Creative spaces, featuring curved glass walls and acoustic paneling, promote a smooth, organic flow and visual transparency while protecting walkways. The multifunctional canteen and flexible work zones cater to diverse employee needs, while bespoke elements created by local artisans reflect Hungary’s rich artistic heritage.
We’re proud to have contributed to this exceptional workspace with lighting design, fixtures, and furniture, helping to bring the vision of a world-class office to life.
