CA Immo is an expert of office buildings in Central-European capitals. The main profile of the company is the leasing, operation and development of office buildings. At the start of 2018 they decided to move out of their own headquarters at R70 Office Complex and into a building that stand closer to the CA Immo philosophy. They decided to shift base of operations to City Gate office building, where MádiLáncos Studio – in co-operation with Value4Real – brought a bold project to life in the form of a modern and work-friendly concept. Creating an inspirational environment was central to the design process, where worklife and social occasions are in focus – leading to the inclusion of a coffee corner, a spacious kitchen, a swing for workers and a table football for fun and relaxation. A number of limitations led to great ideas. Low ceiling heights were compensated with vivid color use and exciting ceiling installations.

All lighting solutions were design by the team of Solinfo Group / Lighting Embassy, in co-operation with MádiLáncos Studio. Fashionable lights contributed greatly to the atmosphere of interiors, doubling down on the modern and creative design concept, welcoming visitors with a sense of professionalism and youthfulness.
