Project description

The Pillar Office Building on Dózsa György Road is unique because of its flowing, asymmetrical shapes and the exciting street openings of its inner green garden. The office building, consisting of four blocks, was designed by ZDA – Zobok Architects and has 29,000 m2 of office space. The whole building was leased by ExxonMobil, which allowed it to be part of the design and to participate in the construction phases. ExxonMobil‘s Global Business Center was completed in the first quarter of 2022.

The Pillar is not only an office equipped with the latest technological innovations, but also a place where ExxonMobil employees are happy to come to work. Ongoing consultation between the parties ensured that Pillar was truly built to meet the needs of the tenant. Our group supplied all the technical and design lighting for the office building.
