The city’s newest beauty clinic, Glow Up, has opened in the center of Budapest. The 160-square-meter beauty center offers 3 clinic rooms, aesthetic dermatology, laser therapies, treatments, botox, and dermatology. To achieve the effect of high quality, simplicity and harmony, the owners wanted to involve the interior design firm PROJECT MA, with the support of architectural interior designer András Mészáros. Thanks to András’ design work, it was possible to create an open, spacious and harmonious environment in the 160 square meter space.
Fortunately, the design of the building was very well suited to the space, but the mechanical engineering of the treatment rooms was the main challenge from an air technology point of view. An important part of the concept was to incorporate the architectural elements into the interior design, e.g. the mono-line drawing that is also found in the logo is present in several finishing elements. The mosaic tiling is also present in several places: on the walls and on the custom-designed furniture and reception desk. It was important that the lighting is 4000K, as this is the light at which the natural appearance of the skin is visible. In the waiting/reception area, the designers chose the more comfortable 3000K lighting. The clinic is also suitable for educational purposes, so the equipment can be rearranged accordingly, with a projector on the counter to project onto a screen during training sessions.
Solinfo Group supplied the technical and design lamps and also seating furniture was provided by our group to welcome guests to the beauty center.
