The apartment is located in the 12th district, in the condominium SA43. The triangular, deeply sloping plot is framed on both sides by two important main roads. The character of the built environment is different in the distinct sides of the building, as on the north side the two roads meet in a busy junction, and on the east and west side, the garden filled with trees separate and protect the area from traffic. The characteristic geometry of the building was shaped by this environmental feature: to protect from noise, open to the panorama, and the interactions of the steep corner plots.
The apartment has a wonderful view and a spacious feeling utilizing the right openings. In addition to the well-thought-out design work and space organization, a great emphasis was placed on the luminaires and design accessories in the apartment, tailored to the customer’s needs.
