We present a four-family apartment building in the second district that has undergone a major interior and exterior renovation. The designers modernised the original postmodern style house and divided it into four apartments with separate entrances. The building, with a total of over five hundred square metres, was designed for four siblings, and therefore includes a communal space in addition to the apartments. What makes the building particularly valuable is that it was designed by Kata Vonák and her father János Vonák, who also designed the original house.
The interiors of the apartments are based on a similar, yet unique concept, and are a tribute to the work of Mónika Müller. The apartments feature iconic design products such as the Moooi Love Sofa and the Molteni Password Evolution wardrobe. But there are also a number of unique pieces, such as the Fredericia Magazine Table, the Vitra – Slow Chair & Ottoman Black recliner or even the Norm Mirror Oval wall mirror from MENU.
In addition, objects with an oriental flair, exotic details, African sculptures and wallpapers with organic patterns enrich the youthful, modern interiors.
Solinfo Group provided the lamps and furniture for the 4 apartments.
