The Carmelite building complex and the surrounding outdoor area has opened in 2018, giving home to the Prime Minister’s Office. As the old Carmelite monastery is a listed building, its renovation took place with extraordinary care and precision. The interior use of limestone, oak floors, wooden doors, built-in furniture and unique lighting solutions brought on a special atmosphere, while also creating a clean visual impact. Meeting and conference rooms were prepared with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment. Next to the monastery, the new block has been erected at the site of the old bishopric, leaving intact the historic remains of the building. Its interior design follows modern standards: acoustic protection of offices, social areas, kitchens with a contemporary style and design. The team at Solinfo contributed to this harmonious approach with their design lamps and technical lights, elevating the interior space’s special atmosphere even further.
