Unifying the dining and design experiences is a unique challenge for interior designers of the world. Experimenting with new ideas was, thus, a crucial aspect of the design and construction processes of SALT. Their main goal was to offer guests something they have never seen before. The kitchen itself stretches into the guest area, creating a sort of workshop for the chef and crew working there. The great inner hall of Hotel Rum at Kecskeméti Street is a fantastic location for the restaurant. Its architecture and design accommodates the strategic function of the dining area perfectly. The wall structures of the interior create a satisfying harmony with the wooden floors and steel glass elements of the interior design concept. The designer, Dóra Fónagy worked closely with designer and architect Leon Saven. Solinfo is proud to have contributed to the project with its innovative lighting solutions.
