The villa designed by Bényei István and Hoffmann György boasts an outstanding location with a beautiful urban panorama. The building makes excellent use of this opportunity, featuring a well-composed terrace and garden that offer breathtaking views. The façade of the building is exceptionally clean and harmonious, with a striking interplay of dark and light elements that create an captivating visual effect. At first glance, the building appears to have two stories from the outside, as the front façade conceals the complex structure.
The sensitive design approach, considering massing, is also evident in the interior spaces, notably in the kitchen design, where dark-toned kitchen cabinets discreetly hide the appliances, and the exterior cladding seamlessly transitions into the interior, creating a sense of continuity between the exterior and interior spaces.
The house fits seamlessly into the Svábhegy environment, paying homage to tradition while providing a modern and functional interior layout. The villa and its surroundings blend harmoniously, offering original and high-quality solutions throughout.
Our design team from the company group contributed to the creation of this stunning villa by selecting and providing lighting fixtures, furniture, and accessories.
