Project description

We present the office of Z&Z Ltd., a security technology company located in the Buda agglomeration. The curiosity of the project is that 2 office projects were realized at the same time, on the same site. Both the design and the implementation were carried out in harmony. The two similar office and warehouse buildings were built jointly by two owners who are active in completely different fields. As the clients have the same style, the offices were also designed to be similar, although there were differences in the use of materials and layout. Concrete surfaces that play with earth tones, painted natural concrete ceilings, stained oak veneer panels and warm-toned built-in furniture give the space a spacious and clean look.

Solinfo’s specialists worked closely with the designer on the lighting design. An important part of the concept was to allow as much natural light as possible to flood the spaces. Accordingly, in the operational area, huge light wells were created in the ceiling, so that in addition to artificial lighting, there is also plenty of natural light to illuminate the spaces. The luminaires are characterful and play a prominent role in the clean interior.
