Like the Roman playwright Plauto, Monoplauto looks to the past while providing ideas for the future. The designers of Minforms’ furniture (Paolo Cappello and Simone Sabatti) thought of the tree as an actor: they put it at the centre and included it in a full repertoire of shapes – whether flat, curved or even pointed.
For us, it is simply a tribute to a material we love. All in all: excellent materials, a cohesive design and captivating symplastics.
