The renewed office of Biggeorge Property is located in the listed Bécsi Corner building, where the aim was to create a contemporary, functional, and representative workplace environment. The transformation of the office space, which had been in use for more than fifteen years, was driven by the company’s growth and the evolving needs of its organizational structure. The interior concept, developed in collaboration with DVM Group, resulted in a refined spatial composition with premium material use, defined by a subtle balance of monochrome surfaces and natural wood elements, creating an atmosphere that is elegant, understated, and timeless.
The spatial layout is based on the existing architectural structure: representative functions such as the reception, meeting rooms, and sales office are positioned in the front zone, while the rear areas provide a calm and well-structured environment for daily work activities. The character of the interior is defined by carefully detailed design elements, including slatted ceiling structures, exposed black mechanical systems, and frameless glazed partitions with high-gloss framing, all contributing to a clean and contemporary spatial experience. These are complemented by light beige work surfaces, ergonomic solutions, and acoustic elements that ensure comfort and functionality in everyday use.
Lighting fixtures provided by Solinfo Group further enhance the coherent visual identity of the spaces, subtly emphasizing the rhythm of the spatial organization. The result is a distinctive yet restrained office environment that respects the values of its listed architectural context while responding to the demands of modern corporate operations. The space not only supports but actively represents the company, delivering a strong and memorable first impression for both clients and employees.
