Our latest reference is an impressive family home on Svábhegy, over 400 m2. The two-story house first required an architectural and structural intervention, as the lower level was not getting the necessary light, therefore the ceiling was broken through and an atrium was created in the middle of the house, visually connecting the two spaces with the help of design pendants by George Nelson.
Given the low light levels, the design was intended to create bright, clean, open spaces, so the home, with its many designer and technical lights, feels comfortable both in the day and in the dark. The dining room is highlighted by the Mesh avant-garde design pendant by Luceplan. A grand theatrical effect lamp, with a structure of almost transparent flexible cables with LED sources at their intersections, hiding the complexity of the design to make room for the light, the real protagonist.
We’re proud that our team supplied all the technical and design lighting and home accessories for the project.
