Conditions for Returns and Refunds

Customers have the right to return purchased items within 14 days without providing a reason

  • If the entire order is returned:
    When a customer returns the entire order, we will issue a full refund, including both the original shipping fee and the return shipping cost. Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase (credit/debit card or bank transfer), or upon request, we can issue store credit valid for 30 days.

  • If only part of the order is returned:
    When only certain items from an order are returned, the refund will cover only the value of the returned items, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • In-store purchases:
    Items purchased in our physical store can be returned within 3 business days.

  • Damaged or defective items:
    If an online order arrives damaged or faulty, the customer is entitled to a replacement product. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued according to the methods mentioned above.

  • Warranty:
    All our products come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. However, some items are available only through direct manufacturer orders, which are custom-made according to the customer’s specifications and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please ensure that returned items are in their original packaging and undamaged when sent back to us.
