FROM OLE PALSBY TO THE NATIONAL CULINARY TEAM OF DENMARK

The Legio Nova design is based on the Legio tableware that was introduced in collaboration with the designer Ole Palsby in the late 1990s. While Legio is characterised by a minimalist design, the Legio Nova plates are more refined and detailed, and have been developed in collaboration with the National Culinary Team of Denmark. The design process was very much inspired by the team’s culinary art and by the care that goes into their craft. The central part of the plate is therefore framed by elegant grooves to enhance the food presentation. The two series go extremely well together, and can certainly be mixed and matched, as the grooves on the Legio Nova pieces contrast beautifully with the perfectly smooth Legio.
